This shows the stages every order passes through. It is not the status of an order: enter your details above to see yours.
What each stage means
| Order received | We have your order and have sent your order confirmation email. |
|---|---|
| Preparing | Payment is confirmed and your order is being checked and packed. |
| Dispatched | Your order has left with the carrier, or for two-person deliveries, your delivery day is booked. We show the carrier and tracking number. |
| In transit and out for delivery | These updates come from the carrier. Use the carrier’s live tracking link for the latest scan. |
| Delivered | The carrier has confirmed delivery. |
