How you can pay, when you are charged and how your payment is protected.
Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is free, so the price shown in your basket and at checkout is the total you pay. There are no import duties or other charges on delivery, and we never add a surcharge for the way you pay.
Ways to pay
The ways to pay that are available for your order are shown at checkout, before you place it.
When you are charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot fulfil any part of it, we refund that amount straight away to the same payment method.
Security
Our checkout runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by DEFINZA. Some banks may ask you to confirm a payment with Strong Customer Authentication, such as a code or your banking app.
Finance
We do not currently offer finance or buy now, pay later.
