We do not use your information for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this website.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the organisations that help us run the shop: our website host, our payment provider and the delivery companies that bring your order. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal information.

We choose service providers that keep data in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area wherever possible. If information is transferred elsewhere, we make sure it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years, as tax law requires. We keep messages for two years after our last contact with you. If you create an account, we keep it until you ask us to close it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to have it transferred, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
