Using DEFINZA pieces safely, and how to tell us about a safety concern.
Tall and heavy furniture
Fix tall storage, such as shelving and chests of drawers, to the wall with the fixing supplied, especially where there are children.
Lighting
Use only the bulb type and maximum wattage marked on the lamp holder. Switch off and let a bulb cool before touching it. Keep cables where they will not be tripped over or trapped.
Candles
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from curtains and other things that can catch fire.

If you think a DEFINZA product is unsafe, stop using it and contact us straight away, quoting your order number.
